Dear Copyright Advocates,
It's 5 o'clock somewhere and that means it's time to shake the day's work woes and get ready to enjoy the evening. But, before you leave the studio, head home, or simply shut the computer off for the day, consider telling others how you feel about creators' rights in one of these two places:
- An indie filmmaker pleas with the Pirate Bay to not download his movie illegally (which is already available for purchase On Demand and on itunes). Yet, those who leave comments on the blog justify stealing the movie and assert that they are entitled to someone's creative works.

- A Harvard business student claims that artists and creators are afraid of technology and that copyright is counter to innovation. Artists, however, are not fighting technology but digital theft of their works, and they are using technology in and for their creative pursuits.

Thanks, as always, for being a positive voice and have a great evening!
